Intelligia was founded in 2006 in Montreal.

The founder and CEO of Intelligia, Nicolas Demers, has nearly 14 years of marketing experience as analyst and research consultant marketing to financial groups as well as recognized market research consultant for SMEs as from various industries. He wrote nearly 300 articles on behalf of newspapers and magazines, including the newspaper Finance & Investment and Les Affaires.

The founder of Intelligia, Nicolas Demers holds a Bachelor of Business Administration, Bachelor of literary studies and a master's degree in marketing at HEC Montreal obtained under the leadership of Jacques Nantel, professor and former holder of the RBC Chair in e-commerce Financial Group.
